Psychosocial hazards in our work environment create stress, distress and threats to our health. But we often don’t know they are affecting us until they’re really affecting us!
In this webinar Dr Megan Woods will help you create a toolkit of approaches for:
- Identifying psychosocial hazards that are impacting you now, or could impact you in your work
- Determining how they are impacting (or could impact) your experiences at work, your health and wellbeing, and your capacity to enjoy your life
- Establishing strategies to provide ‘early warning indicators’ when they are present and creating risks to your wellbeing
- Activating support by identifying how you can support yourself, how you need others to support you, and how you can ask for the help and changes you need others to provide.
Together, these tools will help you identify as soon as possible when psychosocial hazards are putting you at risk, and what you need to stay safe and well in your workplace.
