To comply with the National Framework and WorkCover Tasmania Board Conditions of Approval, accredited workplace rehabilitation providers (WRPs) must undertake annual self-evaluations.
However, as the WorkCover Tasmania Board is currently reviewing the Tasmanian Accreditation Framework, WRPs do not need to submit annual self-evaluations at this time.
Instead, accredited WRPs must submit annually to WorkCover Tasmania:
- workers compensation policy for Tasmanian employees
- updated WRP staff details sheet
- copies of relevant qualifications for any new staff.
Accredited WRPs are also asked to notify WorkCover Tasmania when they employ new staff to deliver prescribed workplace rehabilitation services, and provide copies of their relevant qualifications.
