The second step is to develop a plan with your workers.
An effective plan will:
- identify specific and achievable actions with a clear timeframe
- identify the physical, human and financial resources you will need
- identify everyone’s roles and responsibilities in implementing the plan
- include strategies for:
- communicating the plan with your workers
- monitoring and measuring the success of actions taken
- overcoming any barriers in implementing the plan.
