The code of practice for First aid in the workplace:
- provides practical guidance on how to manage first aid in the workplace; and how to achieve the standards required under the work health and safety laws
- applies to all workplaces
- explains how to determine the first aid requirements for your workplace
- explains first aid equipment, facilities and training, including first aid kits, signage, procedures and first aiders.
