Independent review of the Board's functions and structure
As required by section 164D of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act), the Minister for Workplace Safety and Consumer Affairs has commissioned an independent review of the functionality and structure of the Board. The period under review provided for by the Act is 23 January 2018 to 22 January 2021.
